The garments are then either pressed or steamed to remove wrinkles and finally hung.

To summarize, wash-dry-fold service entails washing, drying and folding your items neatly by professionals at a laundromat whereas dry cleaning involves your clothes being cleaned, pressed and hung on a hanger. The latter is availed for items that cannot be cleaned in a washer and dryer.
